How can I pay for my order?

Artisan Ornaments accepts credit card payment by VISA and MasterCard.

If you have not received your order confirmation email, there may have been an error in the email address provided. Please email us at orders@artisanornaments.com or call 415-902-0827 between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. PST for assistance.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped.

Shipping Information

Artisan Ornaments orders are shipped via UPS except those being sent to Alaska and Hawaii or to a PO Box (they are shipped via US Postal Service).

In addition to UPS Ground, we offer two UPS express shipping options: 3rd Day Select and 2nd Day Air.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

We will notify you with a shipping confirmation email.

Most items ship within 24 hours unless the order is placed on a Friday or Saturday. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Remember, UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

Return Policy

Artisan Ornaments is a small company that takes personal interest in each ornament order fulfilled and in each customer with whom we do business.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange items or issue merchandise credit for all orders or gifts that do not meet your expectations.

Please contact customer care within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to make an exchange or to have a credit issued. Contact us via e-mail at orders@artisanornaments.com or phone at 415-902-0827. You will be reimbursed for the price of the ornament(s) only. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You can expect a replacement ornament to be sent to you within 1 month of Artisan Ornaments receiving your return.

If possible, re-pack the ornament(s) in their original packaging materials. Insure all items to their full value when returning items to Artisan Ornaments. You may be held responsible for ornaments damaged in return transit. We recommend you use UPS, USPS or FedEx.

We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail or phone. Questions? Call us at 415-902-0827, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. PST.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the case of damage or erroneous items sent.

Please contact customer care within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to make an exchange or to have a credit issued. Contact us via e-mail at orders@artisanornaments.com or phone at 415-902-0827. Artisan Ornaments will reimburse all costs for a product that was broken or erroneously sent to you.

You can expect a replacement ornament to be sent or if requested, a refund to be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase (within 1 month of Artisan Ornaments receiving your return).

If possible, re-pack the ornament(s) in their original packaging materials. Insure all items to their full value when shipping back to Artisan Ornaments. You may be held responsible for ornaments damaged in return transit. We recommend you use UPS, USPS or FedEx.
